I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Central Texas area. I have spent over 16 years helping women overcome their challenges utlizing my expertise in the counseling field.  I love counseling or partnering (as I call it), to help others.

I utilize a variety of counseling methodologies which include solution-focused therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Combining these different approaches has allowed me to make sure that each person is comfortably served while working with me. 
I hope that you will take the next steps to work towards the process of feeling better. As your therapist I will partner with you to work through your emotions so that I can help you set goals to create change in your life. This is your process and I am just a guide.
